4. Digital Products

Adinkra Media offers digital audio products that may include downloadable music, sound effects, sample packs, loops, collections, stems, and other digital audio assets.

Digital products are supplied electronically. You are responsible for ensuring that your device, software, internet connection, and storage systems are compatible with the files you purchase.

Product descriptions, file formats, track counts, specifications, and other information are provided to help you understand what is included with each purchase. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product information is accurate and up to date.

5. Licenses and Permitted Use

Purchasing or downloading an Adinkra Media digital audio product does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying copyright or intellectual property to you.

Unless expressly permitted by the applicable license, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially distribute the original audio files as standalone products.

You may use licensed audio content in your own creative projects, productions, games, films, videos, podcasts, advertisements, and other permitted works, subject to the license applicable to the product purchased.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content available through the Services, including music, audio recordings, sound effects, sample packs, artwork, graphics, logos, branding, website content, text, and software, is owned by or licensed to Adinkra Media and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of Adinkra Media's trademarks, branding, website content, or intellectual property except for the specific rights expressly granted under an applicable product license or written agreement.

7. Custom Audio and Professional Services

Adinkra Media may provide custom music, sound design, mixing, mastering, Foley, and other professional audio services.

The scope, pricing, deliverables, timelines, revisions, ownership rights, and licensing terms for custom work may be agreed upon separately between Adinkra Media and the client.

Where a separate written agreement, proposal, quotation, or service agreement exists, the terms of that agreement will govern the specific project and may supplement or override these Terms where applicable.

8. Orders and Payments

Prices for products and services are displayed on the relevant product or service page and may be shown in United States Dollars (USD) or another currency where applicable.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By completing a transaction, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

Adinkra Media reserves the right to correct pricing errors, update product information, or cancel an order where a material error has occurred. If a payment has already been processed for an order that is cancelled by us, we will take reasonable steps to arrange an appropriate resolution.

9. Digital Delivery

Following a successful purchase, digital products may be made available through a download link, customer account, email, or another digital delivery method.

You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and account information associated with your purchase.

If you experience a problem accessing a product you have legitimately purchased, please contact us so that we can investigate and assist where reasonably possible.
